BARRY ANTHONY YABLEN
Founder, Managing Partner
Barry Anthony Yablen was born in New York City. He obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree at Brooklyn Law School, Brooklyn, New York, in 1988, where he was elected President of the student body. Mr. Yablen was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1988, and New York Bar in 1989 and the Florida Bar in 2000.  Prior to relocating to Miami, Mr. Yablen also owned and operated a small resort in picturesque Lake George in the Adirondacks Mountains in upstate New York. Highly experienced in Family Law, he set out on his own in 2008, establishing a practice that would quickly gain a reputation for its personal embrace of clients and respect among judges and other attorneys. In 2023, he expanded the firm with additional professional staffing and named his associate, Jesse Valiente, partner of the practice.

JESSE D VALIENTE
Partner
A native of Miami, Jesse Valiente obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida. He first became interested in Family Law while studying at University of Miami School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2008. Later that year, he was admitted to the Florida Bar. Mr. Valiente’s memberships include the Florida Bar Family Law Section, Coral Gables Bar Association, Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, and Business Networking International. The father of three children, he understands the importance of maintaining structure and stability for children, particularly during difficult transitionary periods. Mr. Valiente joined Mr. Yablen’s practice in 2013.
